The Valvetronic Designs Valved Sport Exhaust System is a Grade 5 titanium, electronically valved cat-back exhaust built for the Porsche 911 992 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4S and Carrera GTS. It restores the drama the factory exhaust holds back, transforming the 992 into a far more emotionally engaging car with a raw, motorsport tone on demand and refined manners when you want them.
With the valves open, exhaust gases route through an X-pipe for an aggressive note with overrun crackles. With the valves closed, sound is directed through a quad-chamber muffler for quiet, refined cruising. It integrates with the car's factory valve controls, is hand-built from aerospace Grade 5 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V) with mandrel-bent piping and precision TIG welds, and installs in a 100% reversible way.

The Sport Catback System is the core valved titanium cat-back exhaust that replaces the muffler section. The Race Free Flow Front Pipes configuration adds free-flow front pipes for even greater flow and a louder, more aggressive tone, ideal for owners chasing the fullest sound and performance.
The system uses electronic valves that integrate with the car's factory valve controls. Open the valves and gases pass through the X-pipe for a raw, race-inspired sound with overrun crackles. Close them and the exhaust routes through a quad-chamber muffler for a refined, near-stock cruise.
Grade 5 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V) is an aerospace-grade alloy that is far lighter and stronger than stainless steel and copes with extreme exhaust temperatures. It gives a lightweight system that reduces rear weight and delivers the deep, metallic titanium tone the 992 is known for.
It fits the 2019 to present 992 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4S and Carrera GTS with the 3.0L flat-six. Installation is fully reversible, so the factory system can be refitted at any time.
Does it keep the factory valve control?
